btw for context i used to be a hackintosh user before apple silicon because i could not justify spending money for a real mac since the hardware was simply not worth the money i was into modding thinkpads and installing cpu, gpu and screen mods to turn them into a cheap mac alternative back then this all stopped when the m1 macbooks came out because they were so good quality/price wise it made no sense to keep doing that anymore for me i don't think these computers are for everyone but if they are for you and fit your use case they are some of the best machines money can buy, this is not me trying to say "oh haha this machine is better than yours", idc i don't have or want to prove anything to anyone i am just giving my opinion based on my personal experience ofc
